Do you consider yourself an entrepreneur, or do you want to be one?

If you haven’t been following me at my Podcast, then you’ve been missing incredible stories from individuals who have created a business from their dreams. Some have a foot on both sides of the fence, while others have made the leap and left their day jobs to follow their dreams. And you know what friends… I’m one of the later!

I’ve been interviewing experts in the fields of gardening, life & business coaching, small business owners, and so many other incredible people. In upcoming months I’ll be providing information on how to start a business and having discussions with the people who have the resources to help you. Some of my guests include representatives from the SBA, Great Lakes Women’s Business Council, Buy Detroit, & so many more!

  2. I recently discovered I am a social entrepreneur and working on becoming an authorpreneur, I have started one nonprofit to help with community education and I am on the verge of starting two more. The main difference is that we do not “own” the nonprofit business, but the entrepreneur roles are very similar to any other businesses owner. I have spent the last two years learning about business plans and marketing strategy, this is the year I will begin implementing everything. Such a big and scary task but I much prefer the freedom and flexibility over the regular hustle and grind in a 9 to 5 job working for someone else’s dreams. Best of luck on your businesses! Thank you for sharing.

  3. Your post is about something I used to be and my blog today is about an end to an era. After owning my own business with my husband since 1967, we have finally retired….again! LOL
