I don’t mean to be dense, but I read the Detroit News article and it doesn’t say anything about freezing. After you’ve dried the herbs do you simply store them in an airtight container, or store them in an airtight container in the freezer.

You’re right Joanna… I was making sure everyone was paying attention, LOL… not really, slight typo… at least it was correct at The Detroit News… thanks sooooo much for catching that error and making me aware of it. Yes, I store them all in airtight containers… that was posted in the article 😉

Step 6: Crush the leaves in the bag.
I store all my herbs in glass mason jars with tight fitting lids for up to a year. They can be stored in plastic containers as well.
